Our job isn’t to convince you to become a client. Our job is to help you understand your situation and, if we can genuinely make a difference, work alongside you to give you the best possible chance of moving forward.
Who We Help
We work with fathers from every background. Some have been falsely accused.

Others simply cannot afford a solicitor but refuse to give up on their relationship with their children.

No.
Nobody can honestly promise what a judge, social worker or Cafcass officer will decide.
What we can promise is that you’ll be better prepared than when you first contacted us.
We’ll help you understand the process, organise your evidence, prepare your documents and approach every stage of your case with confidence and clarity.
Good preparation doesn’t guarantee success, but poor preparation almost always makes things harder.
Why We Started FOA
FOA exists because we’ve lived it.
We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by paperwork, confused by legal language and unable to afford the level of support that many families need.
After more than a decade navigating the family justice system, we realised there was a huge gap. Fathers either spent thousands on legal fees or tried to navigate one of the most important battles of their lives completely alone.
That shouldn’t be the choice.
FOA was created to bridge that gap.
