Making Serious Challenge Affordable
Public law challenge is usually priced far beyond what most fathers can afford. FOA was created to break that barrier. Our work runs on a fixed £5,000 fee, with £1,000 paid at the start and the balance paid in instalments that reflect what you can realistically manage. The fee does not increase because the case is complex or because you are desperate. Where a case leads to costs being awarded, we take ten percent of what is recovered and you keep the rest. The purpose is simple: make serious accountability possible for men who were never meant to access it.
